General terms and conditions – AllTennisDrills Coach (clubs)

Effective from 1 November 2026

1. Parties

These terms apply between Gwen Rijkx, trading as Health and Beauty (sole proprietorship), J. Vanzeerstraat 70, 3290 Diest, company number 0561.942.477, also trading as AllTennisDrills, email coachplaybook.info@gmail.com ("the service provider") and the tennis or padel club or organisation that creates an account ("the customer"). The service is intended exclusively for professional users and associations, not for consumers.

2. Service

AllTennisDrills Coach is an online application for scheduling, hour tracking and booking lessons with a coach online (no court booking). The service shows amounts for information only; it does not produce invoices and does not process payments between club, coaches and players.

3. Prices

• No setup fees and no cancellation fees. Free personal help getting started.
• Subscription per club, based on the number of active coaches (all features included, including online coach booking; tennis and padel together; players pay nothing):
  • Start: up to and including 10 coaches – €59 per month
  • Club: 11 to 20 coaches – €109 per month
  • Groot: 21 to 35 coaches – €169 per month
  • Pro: more than 35 coaches – €249 per month
• Active coach: every account of the club (coaches and head coach, tennis and padel) that exists on the first day of the billing period and is not archived. If the number of coaches changes during a period so that the club falls into a different plan, the new plan applies from the next billing period.
• Annual billing: the customer may choose to pay yearly; they then pay 10 times the monthly amount (2 months free): €590 (Start), €1,090 (Club), €1,690 (Groot) or €2,490 (Pro) per year, once a year.
• Free trial: new clubs use the service free of charge for the first 3 months.
• Existing customers: clubs that were already customers before these prices were introduced on 1 November 2026 keep their current rate until they switch over; the switch is announced by email at least 1 month in advance (see article 9).
• As a small business, Gwen Rijkx is exempt from VAT: "Bijzondere vrijstellingsregeling kleine ondernemingen – BTW niet van toepassing, artikel 56bis W.btw" (special VAT exemption scheme for small businesses – VAT not applicable, Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code). The prices stated are exclusive of VAT; as long as this exemption applies, no VAT is charged and they are final prices.

4. Invoicing and payment

After the free trial, the subscription is invoiced monthly, or yearly with annual billing, according to the plan that applies at the start of the billing period. Payment within 14 days to account BE55 9730 9670 0344. In case of late payment, the service provider may suspend access after a written reminder.

5. Term and cancellation

The agreement is for an indefinite period and can be cancelled free of charge at any time by email to coachplaybook.info@gmail.com, without cancellation fees. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current payment period (month or, with annual billing, year). There is no annual contract.

6. Data

The customer remains the owner of the data they enter and is the controller for personal data of players and coaches. The service provider processes that data as a processor in accordance with the data processing agreement, which forms an integral part of these terms. After cancellation, the customer may request an export within 30 days; after that, the data is deleted.

7. Obligations of the customer

The customer keeps logins confidential, ensures that coaches use the service correctly, informs players about the processing of their data (the club's own privacy statement) and only enters data they are lawfully allowed to process.

8. Availability and liability

The service provider delivers the service with due care (best-efforts obligation) but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Except in the event of intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to the amounts the customer paid in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage. Indirect damage (including loss of income, loss of data outside the backups) is excluded.

9. Changes

Prices or terms may be changed with at least 1 month's prior notice by email. In that case the customer may cancel free of charge with effect from the effective date.

10. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Leuven.
