The data is stored on servers within the EU. Players' contact details are only visible to their own coach and the head coach. The club remains the owner of its data and can request or delete it at any time.
Yes, any time and without cancellation fees. There's no annual contract: you choose whether to pay monthly or yearly. There are no setup fees either.
Yes. Tennis and padel sit in one club account. You choose the sport for each coach, group and lesson. Players filter on tennis or padel on the booking page, and the "payouts" overview is split by sport.

No. Players book via an ordinary club web page, without an account or app. Coaches and the head coach work in the browser, on their phone too.
Yes. You pay a fixed monthly amount based on your plan, also in a month without lessons (e.g. in summer). The plan depends on the number of coaches with an account, head coach included; tennis and padel together.
Then you move up to a bigger plan: Start up to 10 coaches €59, Club 11 to 20 coaches €109, Groot 21 to 35 coaches €169 and Pro more than 35 coaches €249 per month. A new plan applies from the next billing period. Every plan includes all features.
Players book a lesson with a coach online (no court booking – that stays with Tennis Vlaanderen). Each coach publishes their open slots; players pick a coach and a time.
Yes. With annual billing you get 2 months free: you pay 10 times the monthly amount, once a year.
Yes. New clubs use the app free for the first 3 months.
